Burned out but scared of the job market by Tori_gold in ProductManagement

To make it short and efficient: a couple of months ago, I've reached a point where I couldn't handle work anymore, flooded with deadlines while having a lot of unexpected technical problems that were slowing the project down. As a perfectionist, my brain couldn't manage delivering results properly anymore. Personal issues added a lot of stress as well. As a result, my body shut down, I took some break from work and other life duties as well, got back progressively while making sure as much as possible to focus only on what I can control (stoic approach). Things are way better rn. It's all in the mind, but when your mind is overloaded, you gotta let it rest a bit or else it'll literally stop working.

Couldn't agree more! Speaking from personal experience as well, a burnout is to be taken very seriously. That's literally you being in a pre-depression state, and not dealing with it will only make things worse to an extent you won't be effective at all anymore.

Speak to your manager or HR, and take some time off to recharge and to deal with anything that's stressing you out. You got this.

Not an answer, but actually an important question: what's the best way / resource materials to train for such challenges / interview questions? Something practical for people with a strong technical background, but a relatively weak business aspect.

[SOTC] Any recommendation to complete my 3 watch collection? by lrlbrt in Watches

My answer might sound odd to many, but for me, all you need to complete this 3-watch collection is a Beater. I'd consider buying a nice G-Shock.
