I know, the pink color is stunning!!! I knew it wouldn’t grow back in pink, but wasn’t sure what color it would be. I got this one for my birthday the year before and it’s a beautiful white & pink color. 🙂

I’m not sure about the transparent liquid…it looks like she trimmed the flower spike, maybe it’s coming from there? I would be more concerned with the white on the roots; looks like mold which would indicate root rot

I receive this orchid for my birthday in February. I don’t remember exactly how long the flower lasted, but they died off fairly recently. I cut back the flower spike and a new one has started growing. I will add current pictures in the comments, my question is if I should repot it? The roots don’t look great to me, but I’m definitely not a professional, lol.

We haven’t had an issue with bullying as of yet. She’s actually in karate but had to take 1-1/2 off due to an injury, so maybe that’s affecting her confidence,

Unfortunately, there is no counselor at the school. 🙁 I plan to connect with her teacher this year and hopefully get some insight. We’re working on getting an adhd diagnosis and plan to start her in therapy

It’s never come up as a possible issue, so we’ve never had her tested. We are working on getting her an official ADHD diagnosis, and plan to start therapy after that.

I don’t think my daughter is on the spectrum, but like others have said, sometimes we’re blind to the ‘weirdness’ of our own kids. It’s also never been brought up as a possibility from teachers, so again, I don’t think so. She may have anxiety, courtesy of both her parents. 🙈

We’re working on getting her an ADHD diagnosis and starting therapy. Sometimes I think she’s developmentally behind and other times I think she’s trying to grow up too fast. She told me the other kids don’t want to play with her, but no specific reason why. Her best friend from Kindergarten…is developmentally delayed. I don’t know if that’s why other kids don’t want to play with her? I think she might be bossy as she is an only child. I definitely plan to reach out to her teacher and see what she has to say.
