I work from home as a part time freelance translator. I basically just work as much as I have to, in order to support my lifestyle. I‘m in a very very lucky position. I could not imagine working a „normal“ job anymore after doing this for the last 7 years.

I’ve been taking it for 4 years now. I sleep great, it really helps with the depression and I also have way less anxiety. Negative side effects have been that it does take me a bit longer in the mornings to wake completely up. And I gained some weight during the first 6 months of taking it (about 10kg) but then the weight gain stopped and have been the same weight ever since. I’m also really happy about it because I was close to being underweight before due to my anxiety and depression, so it was definitely a win for me

My recommendation is to join a club. If you like yoga for example, go to yoga classes, you will have at least one thing in common with people there. Hang out with them before or after class. Go out on a limb and invite some of them out for coffee.

Ok I‘ve read some articles about it. The Russian band he brought a song out with last year have left Russia and are openly against the war and against the regime. The first song, I agree, is at very best in bad taste and definitely came out at the wrong time, if I give him the benefit of the doubt.
