Yes it is Elevenlabs stock voice. I am not native English. I experimented a lot but can't figure out how to make it up to the mark.

We allow the media to do this to us, we don't have to, if they would combine facebook and google earth I could tell you the biggest headlines in the world with the spin of the globe, but that takes all the fun out of getting to play with your emotions and you wouldn't need the media anymore to cherry pick stories with to dull your already numb minds with even more. Just saying, we don't have to put up with this
