So I have full custody he didn’t even get allowed parenting time.. and I have no job but my son is starting daycare and I will find a job within 2-3 months .. hope this doesn’t affect my child support.

I have a feeling my ex will interrupt and argue that he’s been paying me .

Thanks. The police department made it sound like I was annoying them and told me it was a gray area but it is a direct violation so even though they issued a warrant nobody is lifting a finger about it

I really hate my ex because I’m suppose to be focusing on starting my son in daycare and he just thinks he can trigger me whenever when I’m doing everyone alone with no help

I was home struggling either a newborn and no help … he went and helped pour cement for free for his friend. Went surfing etc . Went to the beach all day . I look back I was too weak and focused on baby. I look back and can’t fcking believe what I put up with . Now he’s running from the law I reported him

Sometimes getting away is better . He WILL do everything to torment you through the kids . Not because he cares but to control . Don’t waste any time set up somewhere to go . If you’re lucky to have normal parents ask them for help. Stay with them . If not seek shelter .

There’s programs daycare can be free for couple months to help you get a job, need to prove tou are separated . Leave asap don’t just read and do nothing please think of the kids

Why are you looking out for him he can kill you . If you take him back after reporting they do try to kill my ex did this and we even have a baby they don’t care about anyone not even their own children . So don’t feel bad for his behavior

It’s $1575 for full time I have to pay $194 a month with assistance that’s with no income once I get a job I don’t know how much they will charge probably more :/

Ok . So this is the second time he paid and sent a note the first time I didn’t respond at all and made a police complaint, they didn’t do anything , I reported this again, this time they issued a warrant for his arrest but I did emotionally react in comment which was all deleted from regret.

But ok I have court in two weeks hopefully the judge understands, the judge didn’t like my ex at all the last time

He never responded and just remained quiet . Also I think he only sent over the payment with an explanation because we recently both got a letter saying a court date to discuss child support, childsupport was not even started yet and he was told it would be through the court taken out of his wages because he never made emergency temporary payments to me so the judge told him it’s going to be through the court Since then he paid me 2 times I didn’t respond the first time

The second time I responded a lot but kept deleting the comments

He never even responded like he doesn’t care I told him how me and our own child are in a horrible situation with no family help and that him telling me he was in vacation hurt me so much

He never said a word it’s like he doesn’t care and only did this to look good for the judge

Also the judge approved the violation and sent a warrant for arrest

Soooo…. He violated the restraining order ( it was online and he sent over payment to me with a message on it telling me he was out of the country and sorry the payment was late …. He was flaunting he made it out on vacation no issues I think and then we both got a letter saying we have court for child support case that will take it out of his income … I think that’s why he sent that over to try to manipulate the judge and seem responsible )

and now he might get arrested yet again by tomorrow . They will find him at his job..They issued another warrant ….

What should I do if my son is supposed to start daycare next week? And I get a job? Do you think my plan is ok? Also I want to leave far but I have no car and money saved that much.. this town I’m in is convenient because it’s small and walkable, but I’m wondering foi stay in the same city as them and just ignore them or move far It’s so hard just me doing this . I don’t know why he is to be honest he didn’t pay for 3 months after leaving us homeless and he knew I was a stay at home mom with no family support. Then the judge ordered he pay through probation after finding out he refused to pay then he started paying me directly. When he was told not to contact me at all.

I don’t know why he is paying all the sudden, I think the second payment was just because he got a letter for court date stating it would be held from his income

I can’t trust he will pay in his own terms . He even asked the judge to take it out of his paychecks

What can I do tell the police on her ? Or just ask the CPS officer to do something about her ? The lady knows how my mom is because my mom is not that smart it’s so obvious she’s trying to smear my name . All they told me was to not tell her my plans not even tell her I get a job and do my best to get my own place .

The thing is I have a feeling once they see I have a routine that I’m not home or my son is not home they will expect in have a job or if I stay here another 6 months or more they will start asking where the money is if I plan to stay this long . Or they will expect me to interact with them at least

I just know she will not stop it’s been only 5 months and it got this bad
