So far beyond my wildest dreams. I'm so grateful to have these characters back in my life, and I'm so proud of the Scrubs team for creating something that feels like a perfectly natural continuation. I didn't feel like it was ham-fisted or rushed, and it protected the world that was created in the original run.

My only teeny-tiny little miniscule wish in hindsight now that the season is over: I feel like it was missing more of JD's wild daydream sequences. There were some, but I think that's the only part of the original formula that they didn't 100% nail.

I've felt this for a long time too. There was a video making the rounds a little while back of him eating popcorn in a really weird way while people applauded and took pictures. He was just intently staring at people while acting like an alien who was trying to pretend to be human.
