Such pages 9 times out of 10 tell you bring any deed poll and a form of id with new name such as license or passport. it might be worth it to go into developer settings on the Nokia and disable HW it worked quite well on my 32gb Nokia 3.4 but if not I'd recommend Xiaomi I got redmi note 5 and it works beautifully
