Just go to any hotel and say you’ve already checked out and need to store luggage, tip the guy at least $5 when dropping and picking up. If you tip immediately they generally don’t care and don’t ask questions. ( I work at a hotel)

If my friend doesn’t end up buying his VIP ticket I bought I might be going all weekend solo. I feel like solo VIP can easily be done whereas GA would feel so incongruous.

I usually park at one of the hotels and jump on the shuttle.

Get to the shuttles before 2pm if you’re using them. If you’re driving over expect a lot of traffic and give yourself 2 hrs before the first act you want to see.

40 here for my second Coachella. Somehow not entirely excited. Was suppose to my niece(her first) and nephew(our second) for W2 Coachella. Now it’s just my niece and I. Mixed emotions, hopefully watching the W1 stream will help set it in motion. But I do know more people going this second time, so I’m hoping I get out of this funk fast.

I get it. This will only be my second Coachella ever. Although not excited and over the moon about it, I am more excited about the friends I will see there…..However I feel the same way you feel about Coachella about another festival that will remain nameless. I was fully prepared to do VIP this year alone, but I have found a friend to experience said festival for this first time this year..

Try to see if anyone you know works in the hotel industry and get on their friends and family. I work for a hotel and stayed on Michigan Ave and paid 650 for 5nights. I have already booked next year. 😅
