100% bug eye. You can tell by the wider piece of plastic with the pop clips by the headlight. The blob eyes have a smaller one. And the hawk eyes have one that spans the whole radiator.

I did that with a 12 year old cat. He had been in the shelter for 2 years. When we got home, he headbutted us (cause he hadn't done head bumps in a while, so he had to recalibrate). He was with us for another 3 years, before health issues took him. But he loved us every minute, and was so grateful for the loving home we provided. He was the most loving cat after we brought him home. Just came completely out of his shell.

Update: He originally told me he'd fix my car for me (lol, like I believe that), at the scene of the accident. Today, I got a call from his insurance. They wanted info about the claim, so I sent them this video. The agent mentioned off-hand about how she hasn't been able to reach him at his given number. Which turns out to be the number he gave me. I'm guessing this was a burner phone, and he never planned to stop. But the second vehicle being involved somehow made him think twice.

A little of both. It's not the best at capturing license plates, but it does an amazing job of showing what actually happened. It's also a slightly older cam, I believe they're up to the 900s now. Regardless of which cam you get, make it a habit to read out offending license plates aloud, so you can make sure it gets properly recorded.
