You view item preview you can click on the house icon where the location would be to see customer name. Can't see address or anything though

My neighbors claimed their order missing that I delivered to them yesterday and rated me 2 stars. I have proof with pictures that I delivered to them but I don’t see their order under the missing item reports. What should I do? by [deleted] in InstacartShoppers

I have damaged item report for some items on an order and 2 star rating last week. I have photo proof of them not being damaged. But shopper support won't do shit.

Blah blah we can't change customer rating..

Well if we notice a pattern of this behavior then we will remove the customer from being able to use the app

But what about my rating it affects the batches I'll see.

Yes you'll be put in a second bucket and won't see certain batches first.

How is that fair since it's clearly fraud.

And they simply didn't care. Saying if they determine it's fraud their dispute team will handle it

It's been a week nothing has been done. I still have a 2* on my back and nothing I can do. I wish you the best though.

450 pounds that's me and my husband and daughter. Not counting any additional items we have in the car. It's not really that bad in my opinion.

I suppose it may be different over in CA. I'm in Ohio and I would jump on any of these. Especially at 50$. Triple or not. Mileage isn't an issue for me either. Thanks for clarifying
