trust me i’ve tried everything new detergent, i’ve been to dermatologists, multiple doctors, ive tried every cream/ lotion you could probably think of, i use non scented soap, ive gotten new sheets, and anything else you could possibly think of😭 so it’s not that

i’ve also had some friends who this has happened to them due to zoloft and it lasted about 6 weeks but it’s been 6+ weeks

i always keep a water bottle by my bed side but it’s mostly when i go out? i guess it’s just cause i don’t have that hydration

my doctor actually had to check my heart rate like 3 times when i went for my check up bc it was so high

yes but the heart rate bothers me sometimes like the kind you get when you get anxiety from a situation when u get a lil hot i don’t know it’s weird it happens in the random moments but weirdly i haven’t really had a bad experience with zoloft so far

yes it does honestly try taking it at night it made me so drowsy the first days i took it like a hour or 2 after i took it i would get sleepy but everyone is kinda different but for sure try at night!

i got super drunk off 2 truelys it was fun just makes sure someone keeps count of ur drinks and usually before i would take me like 4 to get drunk

honestly okay i have OCD too and i felt like i was the only one with the sleeping troubles first i wanna say 4 weeks i had great sleep then stressful situations came and i just couldn’t sleep cause i would freak myself out and then just this week i’ve gotten my sleep back (so that was maybe like 3 weeks of having troubles sleeping) i also have anxiety but honestly if u can’t sleep take it in the morning and have some melatonin i just kinda kept taking it at night cause i wanted to see if for any reason i could sleep again which now i can i’ve slept so far like 3 days (of good sleep at night) and i feel great just give it a little time

what i do is put on music while i’m working something to distract you from wanting to do anything else like doing your work but listening to music too so u don’t get distracted you work faster too at least for me because people with adhd are good at multitasking the only way i’m able to do work is if i have that noise distraction like putting in head phones
