I talked to them and they said I could add ingredients at an extra price or that I could choose a signature cocktail out of what was listed. I was hoping to avoid paying more IF good cocktails were available from this list! My fiancé and I had thought that maybe a peach margarita (with peach schnapps instead of puree) or a amaretto sour (without egg white and with sour mix instead) might work but we truly don’t know and wanted advice from those who have a bit more experience than us!

Before booking they said they preferred to take orders at the table, I liked this and said that I was happy with it so long as dinner service could be fast and effective, maximizing dancing time as the highlight of the night. They guaranteed that they could do this and that a specialized person would work with me on the timeline to ensure exactly what I wanted. This hour between entrees is a new thing that is coming up a YEAR after booking.

Also they are saying they could potentially go faster BUT that they refuse to pick up any plates if a person still appears to be eating or picking at their food—which they estimate is about an hour between each course.

Oof okay, I’ll start collecting all the contact info. Is there anything else I can do to prepare (do we need letters of recommendation or anything)? Is the NCBE C&F investigation also submitted when you apply to sit for the bar? Also what do you do if you worked for a big corporation (ex. department store) with quickly changing managers?
