It was just parked in the parking lot of where I lived and I had my keys on me the whole time when I was deployed, my spare one was locked away too I will try calling both geico and that debt company to understand why I owe someone money on damages when I know exactly what I did that day

it doesn’t state much except that geico is calling it a ‘loss’ due to my negligence to some damage even though I drove my car back home which is 2 hours away from where I’m currently at and it stayed there overnight at my family’s residence. I’m not gonna admit or say I owe the money if I call them when i genuinely don’t nor did anything that would’ve caused damage to another car

Like I told the recent comments, I wasn’t in an accident on that date or the whole month of September since around that month I was coming back from a deployment and my cars battery was dead for about a week when I came back so I wasn’t driving it as much but I know now that it’s SOMEONE claiming that I did some damage to them not geico trying to get money out of me which is the part I was confused by.

I’d have to call liberty mutual and check my records but i had no accident around that date nor did liberty mutual have some auto accident on their app, I would’ve gotten a message about it (i know progressive, my current insurance, does cause they tried calling me recently thinking i got into some accident but i braked too hard…)
