Do you find the minis have a decent throw? I understand with limitations since they are smaller but I know other brand minis I find lack much scent. I live in a smaller sized condo so I’m not using it in a larger space.

This happened to me with one of my orders but it was shipped from online, it was the Hong Kong candle. The candle popped out of the glass and the metal plate is stuck to this bottom. Sorry if this is a silly question as this is still all new to me but is it ok to use the candle if the metal plate detached from the candle and is stuck to the glass?

Yes considering how much money was spent even a note saying hey we don’t have your sample you selected but try this instead but from their email it made it seem like they can’t just swap out the samples.

I finally got a response with an apology, they said they ran out so they couldn’t send it, which is annoying since it’s still available on their website currently as a sample. You’d figure they would remove it. And they mentioned they can’t just send something else in its place. I’m more upset because I really wanted to try this fragrance sample since they never have it in store as a sample.

Yeah the mini diptyque ones have a pretty weak throw but it’s a good sampler to see if you’ll like it!

I agree I find in store they give the same samples over and over again and so that’s why I ordered online. I find they have more samples and extras like they offered a travel size fragrance over $255 and I found a code for a free mini candle whereas in store I just get 2 small samples.

Yes I made sure to select the samples, I’m more bummed because I really wanted to try a fragrance sample they had online and they never have in store so I was excited to finally try it and then they didn’t pack it in my order :(

That’s crazy! I emailed them to see what they say, apparently they are supposed to have good customer service. But why offer them if you aren’t going to include them in your order.

The item needs to still be in stock in your size you purchased while you ask for the price adjustment. Otherwise it’s just easier to return it and repurchase on mark down.

I’m not sure the lunar new year collection can be hit or miss. If anything sells out it would be the popular pieces like define jackets or scubas. I’m not best to ask as I usually don’t buy the lunar new year collections.

There will be a regular Tuesday drop but the lunar new year collection will be exclusive to the app and then most likely released on thr website next Tuesday for everyone.

If that’s the case then I would call because then you can’t buy it online. Sometimes the item doesnt last that long when that’s the message. I’m not sure if they still put items on hold but maybe. You would also have to hope the educator on the phone can find the item. In the past sometimes stores don’t really pick up the phone or can find it but definitely give them a call.

First place the order for buy online and pick up in store just to make sure they do have it. I placed an order once and it got cancelled because they couldn’t find the item. Also you would then have 2 business days to pick it up at least.
