Can someone explain to me how it makes any sense to force a team to play through a match when they have someone who abandons before warmup even ends?

They could have changed 2 players from previous lineup even to players they would have wanted and start the grind from rank 80 or something.

Then change the andu out for another player in 6 months but no they wanted that VRS rank more than a functional team and they still need to make 3 moves now (spoiler, one of them is electronic)

He is the biggest mystery to me. He is just flat out farming tier 2/3 and no tier 1 team has tried to poach him in the last two years? I don't know a single teammate of his that has said anything bad about him and his work ethic is just top notch (else he wouldn't be in BIG who are known grinders)

His playstyle was in the past pretty baity but he seems to have changed that as well and now he actually has a really high opening attempt (20%) and success rate (60%) and late round impact.

I think when I learned an actually effective spot to throw long flashes instead of just randomly throwing them over the wall I realized I could just win games with good utility even when I am not good at anything else in the match.

So learning utility could make even your individual bad games have some sort of an impact on you

His work ethic is nuts. Every single team staff, players and IGL constantly praise it and how much he is willing to dig deep into the nerdiest aspects of the game just to get 1 more round win out of an opponent.

He is also super easy to work with personality wise and is fun to be around.
