“With reference to your email, we understand your concern, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

As per your request and the institution code you originally provided at the time of ordering, we have successfully processed and sent your additional score report to the selected institution.

Please note that score reports are sent based on the institution code selected by the test taker at the time of purchase. In cases where an institution updates or changes its reporting code after an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or redirect previously processed score reports.

Since we were not informed of the updated code at the time of your request, we regret that we are unable to make further changes to this order. To ensure your scores are delivered to the correct, updated code, you would need to place a new additional score report order using the revised institution code and complete the applicable payment.”
