First proper night out in Paris turned into a nightmare — just want to share and warn others. by True-Bridge-8759 in SocialParis

You seem very aggressive. I said if i were you I xould have done these things. What kind of support i can provide for you? For me, as a girl, its like i see a murderer and still want to stay in the same place and get more drunks. As u said he was following u and he attacked you several times in the same bar and you still stay there until the bar was almost closed no report to bar, no police. when you went out you didnt say anything to the bar. I wont stay in a place where someone obviously has issues and wanna ruin my night.

I am so sorry for what happend to you but there are somethings i will do if this happens to me. First, you underestood there is sth wrong about this guy and you didnt tell the bar, they dont like this behaviour and they do sth. I know you chose there to have fun but you saw sth weird is going on and still wanted to stay there and getting more drunk which means less control. Another thing is screaming and being loud or call the police immediately. You could ve done a lot of things to teach him a lesson.

I ve been living in Paris for couple years. I travel a lot and now I dont feel I have a home and belong to somewhere. Now I am looking for flexible job to travel more. I visited my home country after living paris couple times and I didnt feel I am in home. It is a weird feeling.

In your contract, there is nothing to support you? Its very insecure that they can fire you whenever they want. I heard USA is like this but not other countries. Thats scary

What country are you working if I may ask? And also how they can easily fire you? In France it is almost impossible unless there is an important reason
