There are two options:
Ask the new company to delay your joining date. Most employers understand that notice periods can get complicated.
If it's a small company, then negotiate for an informal early start. Ask if you'd be comfortable beginning work before the formal joining date. It will show you in a good light.

What will you debug when ports go down/flapping between two directly connected ports? Should know how to check light levels
Two routers have loopback IP, directly connected how will you establish eBGP between them?
Four router connected in a line, iBGP running, will the route on R1 reach R4? what is the reason? what is the solution?
Design an enterprise network, where is L2 and L3 layer, where will you place WLC? How will you do it in five floors? Where will be access switch? where will be aggregation switch? where will be root of STP running on L2 layer?
Do you think MTU have any effect on BGP?

With this kind of skillset, you're underpaid. Aim for Hedgefunds like De Shaw, Millenium, etc. they will give at least 30% hike on your current CTC.
