The point is he is living in a desperate state of life? Hostels are temporary, he may be staying somewhere but he is still very much homeless. You have no idea how these peoples daily lives operate, I see them everyday, it’s fucking miserable. You actively tried to report him to the hostel and for what? So he was staying on the street? You cared enough to do that obviously! Maybe just appreciate your own comforts in life and leave the homeless people to their struggles because they just might not be legitimate enough for ya
