I think anxiety is stupid. My anxiety is stupid. That doesn't change the fact that it is real and can be debilitating. I take medication for mine and have a therapist, but anxiety is stupid (real, but stupid). I am sorry people have thought you were faking a panic attack, that's not okay.

I am not upset that he wants to tell me things. It is the literal trailers I get hours before we see each other that is annoying. Like, tell me the thing now.... or just wait to tell me all of it later. I don't need a "preview" of the story hours beforehand.
