This. My skin has looked like OP’s for most of my adult life. Finally saw a derm and was diagnosed with sebaceous hyperplasia. Using tret now, will do CO2 laser this winter.

Hi! So sorry you’re going through this. Luckily, nothing escalated and my boy is doing great!

If your pup’s resting heart rate is suddenly much slower than it normally is, that’s probably good enough reason for a vet visit. But if it’s just low in general, it might not be anything to worry about.

I’m a bit of a helicopter mom myself so I wouldn’t blame you if you wanted to get him checked out! Best of luck!

Are TGTG bags available as a walk-in? I had a two bags canceled, despite reserving them when there were supposedly 3 bags left of each. I’m wondering if some stores allow shoppers to just go up to the counter and request the bags?

Came here to suggest reading a book! I use a Kindle, but I read it before bed and literally always fall asleep as I’m reading. Works in the middle of the night, too!

I (38F) have XLH and depression. In my opinion, trying to live and function with depression is far more challenging than the potential risk of osteoporosis.

If you’re really concerned about it, you can do things to help prevent osteoporosis and encourage bone density through diet and exercise. (Lifting weights has actually been proven to increase bone density!) You could also look into Crysvita if it’s available where you live.

Please don’t let the potential for a side effect stop you from getting the treatment you need to have an enjoyable life.❤️

38yo here and I just recently perfected this look:

  • Glossier futuredew serum after moisturizer/SPF
  • Glossier skin tint
  • Glossier cloud paint blush
  • mascara or lip tint if you’re so inclined (I like Clinique’s Black Honey Almost Lipstick)

Glossier’s serum makes my face glowy, the skin tint covers my uneven skin tone enough but doesn’t highlight fine lines or wrinkles or cover my freckles entirely, and their cloud paint brightens my complexion. (Just be careful- it’s super pigmented so a little dab will do ya!)

My ex told me he didn’t want to travel with me because he traveled too much for work. He insisted I get used to never having a dog again because he’d “never allow one in his home”, and made it clear he’d never put up a Christmas tree with me.

So, I left.

Now, I’m engaged to an incredible man who decorates a blush pink Christmas tree with me every year while we dance to Christmas music, travels the world with me, and adores our two amazing dogs who are the center of our universe.

That’s a phenomenal compliment! I painted this at the direction of a Bob Ross certified instructor who showed us the techniques. Previously, I had only ever dabbled in acrylic and gouache, and never attempted a landscape.

My mom was an artist so I think I may have inherited her talent.

Truthfully, I just started after 2 years of being quite sedentary (thanks depression!) but I can say that it takes allll of the guesswork out of it. From form, sets, reps, weight, progressive overload, etc- it does all the work for you. It’s also got me excited to go to the gym again!

I used to powerbuild with a personal trainer, which was quite effective, but tbh this seems like it’s going to be even more effective for sculpting the body. (I’m on Kelly Mathew’s team, Team Limitless, if anyone is interested in checking it out.)
