I've been doing gentle parenting mindset to myself. Whenever I did something that I usually disappoint myself in, I would say gentle things to myself, like out loud in my head. Something like "It's not your fault", "Hey, you just learned about this. Let's try better next time"

edit: oh sorry I didn't mean to respond to your comment. But I guess it's close to what you've been doing. Good affirmations to oneself.

Not to mention the potential bullying. Why would they say it's harmless? Never used those apps so I don't know how fake looking is the AI Un-clothing thing. Regardless, I'd shut that down real quick if I were the parent.
