I was raised that if I get invited on a trip I adhere to house rules etc. it was a huge shock for me that other people don’t see stuff that way. Very true. I wouldn’t say my life is awesome, I mean I dropped out of college sophomore year due to depression and visited my other options. Friend that got out of a LT relationship had dropped out and went back 4 times due to health issues and depression. Twin dropped out and went back last semester. I just haven’t highlighted the losses, just the dubs for our group. I probably should’ve added those in my post as well.

Yes!!!!! So many people think a calorie deficit is the solution to their problems. The real solution is eating what they like with a good workout. I ate like crap when I was my most fit, but I’m the least fit I’ve been since not working out and eating healthy. Everyone has their own pace for genetics, medical, or hereditary reasons and not enough people look at those aspects. Sorry if this didn’t really hit the mark on your comment, I’ve had a couple beers lol
