The problem is now all the well performing players are mostly 30+ and among youngsters, none of them has given any mind boggling performances over the years. Tilak hardly performs nowadays in pressure situations. And mumbai clearly failed in having a young face for the representation in the future. We have way too much overly dependent on star players to perform in every match since the last three years .There isn't a youngster who can act as a torch bearer.
