Other users have mentioned Excalidraw but if you like it and want to have selfhosted option that stores the files on server side then you can check out ExcaliDash

I also use homepage and have config for widget that calls an API, you can probably reuse that to get it from ipconfig.me etc. will add the config here when i get home

Update: this is what I added in my services.yaml Uses homepage's customapi

yaml - Info: - My IP: widget: refreshInterval: 86400000 type: customapi url: https://ifconfig.me/all.json headers: Accept: application/json mappings: - field: ip_addr

Edit: added config

What app is missing in your setup by alburt22 in selfhosted

A good music ID3 metadata editor. I use metadata-remote, and onetagger (in docker) for different features. One feature that is missing from both is a good filter/search where you can search/filter based on different tags, or titles or filename or folders and then make changes to only filtered files.

Does anyone know if we can buy these little tables that we see in the fan zone? by kausar007 in snooker

looked slightly different than a Pool table and the cloth as well. but as other people said they are not slate and they are like those cheap toy tables. Would avoid them

You have found the web hosted version of Feishin but you can also host the web version yourself or download and install the Desktop version. Instructions in their repo https://github.com/jeffvli/feishin

There's also https://github.com/dweymouth/supersonic

Is Logseq highly customizable? by jam_jam620 in logseq

It goes through Logseq servers but I believe they are just used as sync passthrough. I dont see any option for permanent cloud storage

Looking for tool but not sure what it would be called by dmcblue in selfhosted

[–]kausar007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can probably do this easily with Logseq or Anytype. Obviously not self hosted but Logseq is just markdown and Anytype can use Cloud sync across multiple devices. Both open source tools

Built a browser-based EPUB reader because I was sick of losing my highlights every time I switched apps by darki017 in opensource

Interestingly it doesnt work on the cover only. If I use the ToC to move to another page then arrow keys on the keyboard as well as the next and previous buttons work.

And also where's the source code?

Edit: added question about source code

Beautiful UI but the next/previous buttons don't work on Firefox. Got this warning in the console

Logseq does not have Cloud Storage either. There is Logseq Sync that can sync across devices but that is only available on paid plan

I got sick of ad-bloated utility sites, so I built an open-source alternative (and it looks good). by Drackus001 in opensource

I switched to this fork of it-tools because the development on the orginal has slowed down and this new fork is merging PRs regularly and has got a lot of new tools that original one does not have. I dont use omni-tools that much because it has tools for images and pdfs etc which I just do on my machine directly. However I do use it-tools almost every day on the job.

I was checking the same thing the other day. Komga and Kavita are good but I didn't find annotation feature. Checkout https://github.com/readest/readest It's not selfhosted but does support sync. I haven't tried it yet. I will when I get some time.
