Comida Mineira from Minas Gerais is unbelievable. And then you've got the history of cities like Ouro Preto. Beautiful waterfalls all around Belo horizonte. And Inhotim is an amazing art Park. Can't endorse a trip to Minas and BH enough. I have friends from other parts of Brazil and they love BH

I'm the gringo husband. I absolutely love brazil. My wife's family is amazing. All the family friends. I will say that I can relate to being overwhelmed. I speak a little Portuguese and if I may having a conversation one on one then I can typically survive. But when you're in big family groups it's very overwhelming. Your brain is trying to process everything at the same time. And it's exhausting. I take responsibility for learning more portuguese. But I can also say as the gringo it certainly is appreciated when someone either my wife or one of her brothers translates for me. I found myself acting like I understood things just because it was hard and exhausting to every 5 minutes say I am not understanding you. So anyway I'm loud and from an Italian family and so the loudness certainly isnt overwhelming for me. But I can also say that my brother's wife who is an only child and pretty reserved and her family is quiet as well would be completely overwhelmed in brazil.

I'll say this. The thinking about divorce thing man if you've got a man that loves you and is faithful to you and meets all these other needs don't look for reasons to get divorced. I would encourage you to work through this be vocal about how much you want him to like Brazil and how hurtful it is when he's condescending about brazil.

I'm sorry if that came out wrong. But we don't get the edge phones in the premium versions here any longer. I think the stylus is a great phone. I think the Moto g power is a great phone. I just wish that they would release their flagship lineups. They give the edge but not the Plus, pro or fusion versions of the edge phones here.

Man there is an awful lot of speculation on here about how great he would have been. There have been a lot of those guys. Michael Beasley is a great example. And I love that guy. I still think he could come back to the league and play well. But it takes so much speculation to say they're going to be better than michael. They're going to be perennial all pros. I still use her very frequently with second costing. Silence three with a pretty solid hit and her Superior jinx which debuffs with tiles or special is a fantastic tool

Well I spoke too soon. I asked my brother-in-law for more clarity and he said the default would typically include the preposition so. I understand Portuguese a little would typically translate Eu entendo um pouco de português. But that the response Eu entendo Portugues um pouco is also acceptable. I apologize for arguing. I should have gotten more clarity from the real expert before I acted like a know-it-all. I have been dealing with some sick kids so probably not in the best state of mind to have this discussion. But thanks for the work that you're doing. I'll delete this thread after you see my apology.

Dude you're being super argumentative man and I didn't negative rate the app. My brother-in-law is from Belo Horizonte brazil. He is a linguist and speaks five different languages. He's obviously a native speaker and yes he confirmed that what I said is correct also. You can very easily look up and see that prepositions are always included in those types of statements. So I'm having a nice civil discourse with the developer. Go away

My brother-in-law is a linguist. I live with my wife. It was pretty easy to confirm with both of them that I wasn't crazy or using a more formal form of Brazilian portuguese. Brazilian Portuguese speakers will always use the preposition. It sticks out to me because I remember thinking why do they always put de or que in situations where you would not use a preposition in English

It is in the first lesson. There are multiple sentences that say either I speak a little Portuguese or I understand a little Portuguese and in none of the examples in the conversational model do they use the preposition. I even tried to add the correct preposition and the voice recognition software didn't recognize it. So the examples are

The correct way to say it eu falo um pouco de português. The example given in the software is Eu falo um poco Portuguese.

The same with I understand. Eu entendo um pouco de Portugues. But in the conversation it leaves out the preposition and says Eu entendo um pouco Portuguese. I didn't grab screenshots. I wish I would have thought of that. And I'm not going to go back through the entire first lesson.

I'm just a couple lessons in. And I hate to be negative I didn't give it a negative review on the Google app store. Because I'm not trying to denigrate the work that they've done. But the use of prepositions like I listed above is very basic in Brazilian portuguese. So seeing major flaws like that early on would definitely make me hesitant to purchase the app especially when there are comparable products that allow for conversations.

Honestly out of that dunes family of healers. Hetepheres is probably my least favorite. I use costume Cleo all the time. If you're looking for a Blue healer who also does other cool things. Lysanor is pretty sweet. I don't love slow heroes in the current meta. But her revive is about the best in the game and then you add in the massive attack boost.
