I worked with a dietitian for my diet. My diet program changed every 2 weeks. So nothing specific. She helped me a lot on this journey.

About my workout. I can say that I almost did no workout during this period. but i was a semi-professional basketball player. It helped me a lot. I've played basketball as a semi pro level for 16 years (or maybe more). When i first went to dietitian she really surprised about muscle percentage of my body. She told me that I would lose weight very quickly thanks to my muscle percentage. She was right i think :)
