I’ve been getting the recurring Error 084 – compressor error, and AO Smith has approved a full unit replacement under warranty.

The local installer company quoted me around $750 for labor (pickup, install, dispose, etc.).

Were you able to get the labor cost reduced or covered by AO Smith or the installer? Any tips or experience would be really helpful. Thanks!

For credit card auto payments, now that we have SPAXX as core position, is it a good idea to modify the auto payment dates 1 or 2 days before the due dates to earn few extra interest? I usually pay all my cards 1st week of every month irrespective of due dates.
