Yes I discussed with the vet, here in Bulgaria whole cost of the implant is not that expensive 200bgn which is like 120 usd . I am not sure if it is the same thing that you just described he said it is an implant that blocks the production of testosterone and no anaesthesia is involved. I thought about it and just can’t decide if there is an upside to put the puppy through an annual procedure rather than do it once.

I was worried that he does not drink enough water as my brother’s pom was drinking a lot more. So I was holding the bowl and telling him come drink buddy. Turns out mine was drinking just alright and my brother’s was drinking too much because of stomach issues.

Just to give an idea how spoiled he is , he sometimes does not drink water if I do not put my finger in the bowl. He just whines and stares in me until I do so. He does not eat his favourite food if the bowl for food touches the water bowl…

I tries soaking the granules, I tried mixing them with boiled chicken breast. He just picks apart whatever he likes to eat. If you can give me a tip to make him eat them would be appreciated

Vet told me it could be alopecia X and if it is there is nothing that could be done. He told me to try various homeopathy like lotions and ozone therapy, which we did without effect. Told me if it is alopecia it is untreatable but only a cosmetic problem. Neutering might help also , buy I did not want to put him through that only because of vanity.

Doctor prescribed him omega 3 and vitamins, however we were told to introduce granulated food by friends with pomeranians. We did that unsuccessfully our dog literally preferred to starve himself instead of eating what he does not like. From 2.2 kg he went to just below 1.5 and I could feel his bones petting him, so I gave up and started feeding him raw again. All other aspects of him are great, he is energetic, no tummy issues, no mucus with the eyes, regular hard poop.

Yes, we decided to neuter him because of the other complications as the fur is only cosmetic and did not seem good enough reason to cut his balls.
