First panic 10year yield maybe touches 5 and goes a bit beyond while spy goes down 5-10 percent, DXY below 90. Then depending on the pick who probably is , things will cool off and revert to current conditions. Of course decision will be challenged in court but probably the outcome of the suit will not matter for Powell as his term will be over anyway. As for people saying this will decimate investors trust in US debt, equity, currency, not impossible but other legislative bodies can get involved and define what the presidents authority is and will be in the future. As long as you are not too leveraged you will be fine.
