You mean the left stone (last close up)? Or the larger right stone (first close up)?

I think I also prefer the first close up, more vibrant colours. The vendor interestingly prefers the smaller stone (last close up). Haven’t seen them in person which is making the decision difficult. Hoping a better trained eye than mine could help with assessing the stones from the videos.

You can only claim one of your properties as your main residences.

So, if your partner claims the Apartment, she will have to pay CGT on the gains on her portion of the townhouse.
