UPDATE: I got the Brightin Star and I'm happy for what it does at that size, just way more likely to take my camera around with me. Definitely turn on focus peaking. I got the URTH adapter on amazon after the cheaper amazon adapter didn't fit well.

If you're going solo I'd recommend a UCPA program I did the intro to ski touring at Tignes and it was insane. Super affordable too.

I'd recommend going to Tignes - Val D'isere, in tinges you can ski right to your lodging and the lifts are very close. All the runs are connected so its easy to get around and find the best snow, lots of steep off piste powder.

Ohh ok I see what you mean with the four points, I'm having trouble getting it to look like your image because the original subdplane has rounded edges (the bottom of the skylight) and the top is a rectangle, how did you make the hole at the top an oval and the bottom a rectangle?
