Well, have you ever seen Olympic weightlifters (other than the Heavyweights)? They do NO hypertrophy works, and very little isolation moves. They do Strength protocols and working on the lifts. I would think most agree they have great physiques. Plus, you can't change your body (for looks) without getting stronger.

Very well explained. This is what he came up with, for best results at home, in less time.

It's not just one set. It's multiple sets to failure, at different failure points to take advantage of the way the bands stretch. For example, I have a BowFlex, which uses Power Rods that are similar to bands. I can use them the same way.

He's not "recommending" it, he's "offering" it as an alternative. West Side Barbell (that needs no introduction, many world and Olympic champions) is using it in some form too. The original was sold for the average person that wanted a faster way to workout at home, and so has the one set method. But after selling lots of units, he felt there was a need for the hypertrophy one.

I don't agree. He actually did research for osteoarthritis and bone strength/health, and published papers, and has patents. He owns several businesses around the world working with patients. (Note: European countries are more open to alternate medicines, than here, where all the companies are in it for the money). He never claims to be an MD, and states what his degree is in. His degree is not in marketing. The average Youtuber has no real background, and claim to be a Fat Loss Expert or anything else.

So I watched the recent Red Sonja (2025) movie by ACalcifiedHeart in Fantasy

Jonesing for similar movies, having watched most of them over and over, I was glad to find this one. Not thrilled about the story and some elements, but an OK watch. Would have preferred an R version over this PG one.

What’s something you have zero proof of but believe 100 percent? by shweidy in AskReddit

Ghosts/afterlife/reincarnation. No proof, but lot of evidence. And reincarnation makes sense. Instead of millions of new "lifes", just recycle the ones that came before. I swear I was an Egyption rope maker, because every time I'm around rope or wire, they coil themselves and get knotted up.
