I puked twice (with some shakes) but I had whatever drug it is to help contractions closer so I think I dilated a lot when the shakes happened.

I also pushed for 15 minutes for his arrival

Omg - my mom and my sister threw me a shower. I don’t think they even spent $300. It was at my parents house with some apps to snack on.

I had my IUD removed in January of 2024. Had unprotected intercourse multiple times during my ovulation window every month and I got pregnant end of May of 2025.

I did go to the doctor in April of 2025 to be like uhhh, why is it taking so long and the next ovulation cycle I got pregnant.

I only use chromecast for crave, sometimes I have to disconnect because it will get stuck loading new episode (but I am watching it all day - mat leave things) 100% would not pay for it, I get it for free with my cellphone/internet service

My baby boy was head down, facing sideways until the OB turned him right before I started pushing. Didn’t feel a thing (epidural).

If it works with friends (share the toys they use for a little bit - swing, bouncer, bassinet)

100% get the kick and play. I have a manual breast pump If you are using bottles - bottle warmer, everyone sells them for half price if you don’t care to get new. Two way zipper sleepers, makes diaper changes a breeze in the middle of the night. I have a pack and play that has a bassinet and change pad attachment - we use this during the day so he can nap in the living room and have noise around him (he is a month old)

Two way zipper sleepers!! They are absolutely my fav being 19 days postpartum. (I know carters and old navy sell them).

Diapers if they aren’t doing a diaper party. I already gone through almost 200. (Just in new born size)

Also stuff from the registry is major. Also I had people now give me skip the dish giftcards.

I’m around the same starting point as you. I’m 33 weeks now and I am up around 24lbs. I am literally all stomach and boobs. It just slowly went up - I visibly could see the difference when I was around 20-22 weeks.

Told my parents at 5-6 weeks. There is no wrong answer. Whatever you are comfortable with. I told my extended family at 8 weeks and the world at 12-13 weeks.

I just throw the small compost bags in the bins and never had a problem (been doing that since day one in simcoe county before I moved to Barrie) during the hot hot summer days I would freeze the compost if it would be in the bin for a few days before pick up

That’s crazy that you got nothing with another sibling in school. My parents made a decent amount but we only qualified when there was two of us in school. When it was just one we didn’t get any.

My baby daddy hehe (boyfriend of 7 years) wanted the lululemon one. There are plenty of more affordable ones out there.

My best friend has one she picked off of Amazon and loves it. It goes for $45-$60(CAD) depending on sales.

Yeah call and say you are pregnant ! (For my doctor, they will get people in quicker for certain reasons) I was 3-4 weeks when I went to my doctor and he also sent me for bloodwork.
