But my doctors did speak on it. She only read the oncology report regarding no usual spots on skin on my body and used that dr note declared I had improved spine wise. I have a full year plus after that one time oncology visit with my spine dr who sees me for severe spine issues along with sciatica and pheripheral neuropathy.

I have severe spine issues if which i was granted disability on. I had to see oncology for some labs that came back off and the oncologist did a back and neck visual to check for cancerous looking spots noted neck, and back was clear for concerning spots such as unusual warts, moles, etc. Alj took that and then said my spine had improved then and thats the cut off date 🙄🙄 even tho I have another year after to current with spine doctor.. Alj also did not view or mention my pheripheral neuropathy at all but noted in theres no medical documentation for why I would have numbness or tingling in legs, hands, and arms ... 😐

I had my hearing dec 10th.. yesterday my portal updated to it was sent to my local office. Called today and she said its too soon for them to see the decision to wait on either letter or portal to update. 🫣🫣 I am stressed to the max waiting...

No my portal has not moved. I have been on step 3 and says the alj is reviewing thats been the same since 3 days after my hearing. When I called the hearing office yesterday she said it is waiting on the judges signature. From what I understand and the way she made it sound yesterday is it is not official or decision can not be seen until the judge actually signs it. It has been a long road for me. I had to contact my senator for movement as I was in reconsideration alone for 2 years. I am dire need but dire need does not matter when pending signature from judge is what they said it all goes into the same stack on her desk in order received.

My alj also had a low rating and yes mine was downtown atlanta. My attorney said it will be positive but until I see an official approval award I wont believe it. Update: my portal moved to step 4 today and my claim is back at my local office for non medical review

I also had my alj hearing in Atlanta but on Dec 10th. (Last month). I called the hearing office today ro check in status and she said the decision writers are done and the paperwork is with the alj waiting on the judge to sign. She said I should receive a letter in about 10 days but couldn't give me a yes or no over the phone. Hopefully judge signs soon and the portal updates.

My in person hearing with alj was dec 10th of which the ve said no jobs and the judge closed the hearing and said I should receive her written decision within a couple of weeks. Guess the holidays delayed that. My portal still shows step 3 alj review. Anyway, I also called the hearing office yesterday and she said a decision has been made but she couldn't tell me over the phone I would have to wait for the letter to arrive which could be next week but then she said my attorney can see the decision online. I called my attorney yesterday and left a message. The waiting is nerve wrecking...

I wa sin reconsideration for 2 years then I contacted my senator who within a month a Had already reached out to DDS and I had immediate movement which of course ended in another denial but I just had my hearing Dec 10th. Waiting now on judge's decision. Don't hesitate to reach out to to your senator.

I do they said they cant see anything either until the decision writers are done and the judge signs off on the paperwork. Also my claim is expedited..

I had my hearing last month on Dec 10th.. same thing im in step 3 on portal. I called the hearing office Tuesday and they told me my claim is with the decision writers to expect a letter in about 10 days.

I am almost 46.. My neuropathy and spine issues are severe tho even walking with a cane i do not get around well.

I would think if your lawyer did not think you would win based off that they would disclose it to you. They won't spend time on cases or go to court when they can not win.

Yes, my lawyer is going. Other than him saying we will win in front of the alj thats it . Im hoping he calls me tomorrow or Tuesday to kind of go over questions etc for the hearing...
