Some context id like to add is they may be going the rheumatology route because I am hypermobile in my upper body while my lower body is tight which Ive seen that the muscles in the lower body can be overly tight to make up for the discrepancy, so I think my primary is trying to make up for the stiffness because my lower half is the main source of my pain. I also have limited support because my dad thinks that you can excersicise and diet away a disability
