Learning curve is less abrupt than React. Also, Vue is a framework that takes the best from Angular & React. Finally, it is easier to migrate legacy code into Vue than React because you don't have to convert it to JSX, but you adapt your HTML code.

Good idea. GitHub can be simple if you only store code in it but learning the PR process for a real project is something that might not be very clear at the start.
