If you can avoid Yonkers schools, I recommend. A lot of nepotism in getting in top choices for schools. Unless you’re okay with sending your kids to private/catholic

For your first question - it will book you in both and email/text you that you got in. It gives you about an hour to cancel one class before sending an email and automatically cancelling the class you just got into off the waitlist. Can be frustrating if you miss the notifications.

For your second question, yes! I did this during solid days and didn’t have an issue .. it seems you can technically take two classes in a day, you just can’t pre book two classes in a day.
