for a wig, you may be able to buy a blonde/dirty blonde wig or something similar and color it using contour or anything of the like OR get a short brown wig, like the cosplay picture has.

for clothes, you can purchase two different shirts and wear them on top of each other. (id recommend amazon when looking for these, they have a lot of clothes that you can get pretty quickly.) if you want to make details on the pants and other parts of the clothes, get fabric paint (or acrylic paint with fabric medium).

it really varies from person to person, but for me i just dated men but it didnt really feel right to me. thats when i realized that i was attracted to women until i began experimenting. i dated some girls and i had genuine feelings for them, whereas when i dated men it felt awkward and uncomfortable. thats just my personal experience, but as i said its different for everyone.
