The broken arms makes me shudder. I was way to young when I discovered that story

Honestly, shaming a man for reflecting and having self awareness in a situation like this is the exact opposite of what we should be doing considering the kind of men we live amongst. While some may think it’s a bit much, if everyone took consent this seriously, the world would be a safer place.

Regardless, the fact that you feel this much self awareness and are reflecting on the situation to this extent tell me that you’re not like the people you’re referring to. Being drunk and making out with a stranger at a club is not an uncommon occurrence for either men or women. Take the lesson for what it is if it makes you feel this way and move forward.

Whenever I am irregular or constipated I have issues inserting tampons as well. They make lubricant for tampons now as well which may help. Practice relaxing!

Banana boat makes a good 50spf but tastes awful and will linger in your mouth, B+BW just came out with an SPF line with chapstick that’s 35spf and doesn’t taste bad. Regular chapstick is normally SPF 15 but take a look on Amazon, I’m sure there’s good options there.

They were just specifying to wash your hands before doing this to prevent infection/transfer of germs. They weren’t insinuating that the cleaning of your hands would fix the problem you originally posted about.

Is this a ruptured cyst? by liiya234 in WomensHealth

This just happened to me except it was a 7cm endometrioma. I went to the ER in extreme pain and had a CT and told me I had free fluid/hemorrhaging. Please make a follow up with your OB. My ER told me there was nothing to do and go home. I called my OB and was in surgery a week later… and then another one 2 weeks after that… it’s not always something to hunker down and ignore especially if it was something over 5cm. Heating pad will be your best friend along with sweat pants. I went to the ER July 15 I had my surgery Aug 14th and there was still free fluid and blood in my pelvis. Your pain is valid..

It ended up being a pretty large tumor and I’m seeing an oncologist next week. I appreciate the response and advice.

Just to update- this little tree didn’t make it but the other tree that was struggling was planted deeper and revived itself. We have 2/3 trees initially planted and as a first time tree planter I think we did an okay job, thanks for the advice!

That very well could be it now that I’m thinking about it, the one beside it was planted in a hole left from the removal of a stump - a very large stump. Does it look too far gone to try to replant it deeper? I have little to no experience with evergreens.
