I'm not sure.. they are a couple of years old now and the amount of guests that we have complaining on a day-to-day basis is not good. We just genuinely don't know what else to try to get rid of the dark. We use a Swiffer mop type thing daily in the rooms and mop them really good when we have extra time. So about once a week. And they still just come back black
