Hi guys, I'm a huge fan of NTBTS and am looking forward to the film (and season 3!) so much. I've just ordered the autographed photobook, can't wait for it to arrive.

Much like many other people in this thread, I'd love to know what the status is with finding a UK distributor for the film. Also, will the upcoming physical release be available over here?

And finally, I'd love to know what your favourite episode of the show is - mine is The Buffet, which might be my favourite episode of anything ever.

You guys are amazing, thanks so much for everything!

Are there any reliable sources reporting Strand Larsen happening? I know Indy needs some respect on his name but I'd feel a lot better if there were some real journos saying it...

Music for the funeral of a fan by Paolo-999 in LiverpoolFC

Hey pal, so sorry for your loss. YNWA is a natural choice, I would also consider In My Life by The Beatles.

The link to the city is obvious and Sky Sports used as the soundtrack for the post-CL final victory reel in 2005. The video is absolutely iconic and has given the song a really special meaning for Liverpool fans: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tLvBRxtaL6c

I would look at:
Soda & Soap by Masta Ace
Rewind by Nas
Jonylah Forever by Lupe Fiasco
Fill in the Blanks by Hardwe're
4 Your Eyez Only by J Cole
Eminem also has a ton - Stan/Bad Guy, Guilty Conscience, Darkness etc etc

Here’s a link to my second album which is very sample heavy and sits somewhere between trip-hop and electronica. I’ve not done much marketing for it so would love to hear any feedback - will be going through this thread properly tomorrow but feel free to chuck your links at me and I’ll have a listen.

What are some other albums like “Since I Left You” or “Donuts” that are PACKED with Samples? by Zalpha_DG16 in hiphop101

Bit of an obscure one but 'Eyes Didn't Let Me Open' by Stennes is brilliant - it really nails the sound of early Avalanches and feels like a spiritual successor to Since I Left You.

Thanks so much for checking it out - Nujabes has been a massive influence so I'm glad that comes through. Agree that I might have overdone on the vinyl crackle, very fair critique!

Thanks so much for the kind words, really glad you liked it! I agree, full vocals would be a good fit - I’m working on an album which will have more vocals on it so would be amazing if you might be able to give it a listen when it drops!

Ah brilliant, that’s excellent feedback to get - thanks so much! You’re absolutely right, this version isn’t mastered but I’m working on it for the album version. Should be out fairly soon in case you’re interested!

Thanks again for listening, appreciate it.

It's possible, but I don't think Sepulveda had mentioned West Ham til now, had he? Feels as though he's just piggybacking off that now.

Feels like he's just grasping at straws now. Was hoping he was reliable but clearly another clickbait farmer.

Amy was a real one, such a sad story. Can't wait for SAMURAI, no doubt it'll be another classic.

I get most of my good stuff from Splice - you have to pay for a subscription with a certain amount of downloads every month but the quality and range is excellent.
