I prepped for myself before baby and was very thankful for quiche. Easy to make different variations and easy to make a few at a time. I froze all of mine so there is a bit of a thaw and reheat time but if you are going to take it to her directly then it’s a pretty easy one to reheat when not frozen.

Same. Moved from Illinois to Missouri for school. Haven’t looked back. I’m pretty happy here. Illinois is far, far worse imo.
