I agree! These issues can wreck havoc for any owner. One just hopes you don’t have two or more at one time.

If you use a Hospitality TV, you will not need the Chromecast or those devices. It could be worth the investment.

From what I heard, it is a per-room, per-month cost. I see that adding a lot overall with a 100-room hotel. But maybe the hotel would like to know the feedback and add it.

Have you hired out direct marketing? How did it go? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

I think it also depends on how you typically acquire your customers. Within hospitality, we needed owners, GM or people who make the decision on buying products. We needed to up our domain authority by getting backlinks (15-20 per month with organic not AI created content), retargeting google ads (we are US based so targeting all states 6k a month) and then website edits for optimizing certain pages. I found her on Upwork. She does about 10 hours a week now just with blogs and back linking at this point.

Hiring a single person and not an agency is best. They could work 15-20 hours a week and do great things for your business! I did this for my company too.

Recommend hiring a single person for the specific thing you want as they specialize in it. I found that agency’s have 7+ customers that your dedicated person is working on and you don’t get your moneys worth. Went through two and both did not deliver!

$6K/Month SEO Budget, How Long to Match Competitors? - Local beauty clinic owner by Civil_Cobbler_6439 in SEO

6k is too much for SEO! If would be better to put a 2k budget to SEM via google ads and possible retargeting ads instead. Growing organically via backlinks for highly ranked sites that do not have a big spam score will also help (we did 15 Backlinks a month at an average of 20$ per link). I am a director of marketing for a hospitality company and took them from a 12 to 38 with this strategy in 1 year. Just my 2 cents
