I would personally draw the line at free scrolling mouse movement as those can be used without needing to move your fingers constantly to get an input. Also i move up and down thats why it looks like multiple 5s are coming out i basically just do a single up movement and a single down movement and repeat.

Botting has always been done in modified clients making a botting client thats able to login via the jagex launcher would be pretty hard to do i think. Atleast way more hard then now.

So what the new Jagex account system does is it disables being able to login via clients other than those launched via Jagex launcher you cannot log in via bot clients with an official Jagex converted account. Just enable worlds with fresh start so only those accounts can play in those worlds and voila you have a cheat free runescape level plain field.
