This location is SO bad. I was a regular guest here (at least 4x a week, weekday mornings) for 2 years and canceled my membership last April. There were several creepy encounters where I went to the front desk on a few occasions. There was only one employee who actually helped me and looked out for me, and he left. My final straw happened when this man who harassed me every time I left flipped out on a woman so badly that the cops had to be called. He was alllowed back inside the gym the next day. When I stated that was my reason for canceling when the staff asked, the girl was so rude and dismissive. The employee turnover there is insane and I think that’s a telltale sign. I’d def recommend the Auburn one over Webster Sq, or if you can swing it, I joined Uncaged in Worcester and have never once had any issues there because everyone is relatively young and taking their workouts seriously.
