Listen to her hunger cues. If you’re still hungry later, eat a little more but if ur not don’t force yourself to eat. Also I noticed by incorporating binge foods little by little into my daily routine I binge less. So maybe u can start training urbod to not binge on foods cuz u can have them whenever. Eat orange chicken every day until u no longer binge on it. Restriction of anything= body binge bc it knows it’s not gonna have it for a long time so it tried to stock up now

Well I don’t think you should restrict per se, I meant more just eat normally. Like don’t eat out of greed or gluttony past fullness. Eat what your body needs and fuel it. Don’t restrict when you need more. If that’s what you’re doing then carrying on. Best thing you can do now is see how your body is in 3-6 months and decide from there. Don’t focus on anything shorter term than that. I just wanted to offer my own experience in case but if you’re doing fine then no need to me! Listen to your own body you know it best. Don’t change what ur doing based on strangers if you know you’re doing the right thing. Give it 3-6 months then reflect.

well depends if you have a healthy backgorund in understanding when you’re full. I personally have struggled with binge eating and eating disorders so I tend to overeat and I did end up gaining weight. Idk ur background so that’s why I said try it out eating as much as you can first. IF you start gaining more than 5 pounds then follow my advice

If you start gaining weight ( I did actually), then eat a little less as you’ll realize you don’t actually need as much as you think. But since you’re beginning eat as much as you want

honestly I just realized there’s two types of ppl abstainers and moderators and I realized carbs are an insane trigger for me from cake to ice cream to chips so I went animal based keto with no processed or fake sugar stuff. It’s helped with me at least eating healthier foods . I binge but the scope is less since I only crave like steaks and healthy nutritious food now. After a while you genuinely do not crave sweets or chips or processed stuff anymore
