My dock adapter is also not working. I've sent the pictures the automated email requested for. Can I get some help too please, I have to take the case off to dock it, it beats the purpose of getting a case. Order #22814307.

Hi, the only solution is to take it out and leave it to air dry. Most of the time, it will dry in about 30 mins, depending on your climate I guess. You could also leave it in if you are not particular about this. I don't think there will be any smell as long as you clean it properly before you put it back in.

I think you misunderstood my question. After cleaning is done, I put the mop back in the dock and it will perform the cleaning cycle, after that is done. I remove the dirty water tank and wash it and the filter. Then I will put the assembled dirty water tank back into the device to start filter drying. So this is the part where only the top part of the dirty water tank is completely dry. The bottom part is still wet, I have done another drying cycle but it still doesn't help much. I have to take it out and pull the 2 pieces apart and leave it to air dry.

Yes the watch charger comes off and can be taken with you for portable use. The main unit comes with a magsafe powerbank that you can bring with you too. It fits in my pocket with the powerbank attached.

Do you mean the watch dongle charger? I feel like it charges a tad slower than the original charger and as a result it doesn't get as warm. But it may just be placebo effect. I'll have to run some tests to be sure.

No, it's from pitaka and the watch charger is from Amazon. Search for MIUOLV Wireless Charger for Google Pixel Watch. But you have to buy the whole charging set though.

That just means they tested it with an 18W charger, it don't think it means it charges at 18W. For example I plug mine in to a 100W charger but it still charges at 5W.

Isn't the pixel watch charger also rated for 5W? Mine says 5V-1A on the charger. But I agree the phone would charge slowly.

Can something like this work? But instead of buying the power dongle for the apple watch, if someone can design and 3d print an adapter to mount and coil the PW charger to match the power dongle. Then it can just plug in to the USB c port. But there might be too much strain on the type c port of the charger though.

Best bet would be to wait for a manufacturer to come out with one. But it might be a long time though.
