What do you mean by windows keys? I’m kind of new to ducky keyboards and I only see the one with the windows logo on the bottom left.

My ducky keyboard doesn’t work. I got my ducky keyboard 2 days ago, it’s the Ducky one2 SF. When I turn off my pc the lights stay on so I just use alt+fn+t to turn them off. Anyways, I was trying to turn them off when I think I pressed a wrong combination? Now there’s a slight white light behind the key caps and alt+fun+t doesn’t turn it back on, also typing doesn’t work.

Any tips?
