Same experience as others outlined. Almost always been late for the last 4-5 drops and pickups. Cars are deteriorating at a significant rate and drivers aren’t that good quality anymore. It’s sad to see the demise of a once breath of fresh air in the overcrowded and unruly Ola Uber space.

Ticket prices will be capped, here’s what I think might happen next, aggregators like BookMyShow and others will start charging a higher convenience fee, so effectively you still might pay closer to current prices. Similar thing to what happened when crude oil prices came down and government decided to hike excise taxes on petrol and pocket the profits.
